We
regularly host CEOs and Senior Leadership– who visit Bangalore
to meet colleagues, consider market expansion, get international
experience. Or those who head global business operations out
of Bangalore. They seek much more than the average tourist,
are far more widely travelled, and have an intellectual curiosity
that is a wonderful challenge to quench. The list below is illustrative.
There are several hundred more business leaders who have shared
their feedback.
I wanted to record my appreciation for the very
informative tour you led of parts of Bangalore last
Sunday. I have visited Bangalore several times before
but have not had the opportunity to explore it's
history or culture sufficiently. "Bangalore Walks"
is a tremendous way to get a very good sense of
the forces that have shaped the city, and also some
of the personalities of the city that featured in
the history of our world. You have a great way of
bringing all this to life.
Thank you again
- Charles Goode,
Chairman, ANZ Banking Group

The tours you have organized for us at Bengaluru
International Airport have been fondly remembered
by our participating guests as extremely invigorating
. The fresh perspective and depth of information
you bring out during the tours is truly amazing.
Through your tours you give the city of Bangalore
a whole new perspective. Personally, in addition
to the special tour you conducted for Basler&Hofmann,
I also joined the Victorian Bangalore Walk on a
Sunday morning and truly enjoyed it. I recommend
Bangalore Walks to any visitor or Bangalorean. Keep
up this good work!
- Marcel Hungerbuehler,
CEO, Bengaluru International Airport
I am so glad that I prioritized the walk last weekend
over other things. It was one of the biggest eye
openers for me personally. I thoroughly enjoyed
the walk – made that much more interesting
by your energy, enthusiasm and knowledge. Thank
you.

I thought you did a fabulous job weaving together
European and American history with Bangalore's and
presented all the stories clearly and compellingly.
- Christy Carpenter,
COO, Paley Center for Media, New York
I just wanted to say how much we really enjoyed
our tour with you in Bangalore on Sunday. We certainly
covered a lot of ground in the hours that we were
together, and you were a veritable fount of interesting
knowledge about Bangalore, it's history and culture,
as well as more generally life in India. We were
pleased not to just go to the more tourist areas,
but to see aspects of life off the beaten track.
All in all, a delightful experience, which we would
strongly recommend to anyone interested in Bangalore.

The team thoroughly enjoyed your program yesterday.
All I heard was raving reviews from everyone after
the walk. Thanks for giving the visitors a preview
of the "true India". You truly have the
unique ability to peel a complex topic and narrate
it in a mesmerizing manner..

When we want our senior visitors to get a quick

it does not take long to think about the educational/entertaining
Bangalore walks. .

in Bangalore – a place I have visited many
times since my childhood.
- Shivanand Salgaocar,

In just 3 hours, my whole world-view of Bangalore
was changed. It isnot that the business world is
using Bangalore for cheap labor. Rather, the business
world finally discovered Bangalore's tremendous
innovation and multicultural character, present
since Bangalore's inception. I know of no other
place where innovation and acceptance to change
has such deep cultural roots.
- Dr. Kenneth A. Ritley,
HP
I really enjoyed the afternoon with you at discovering
Bangalore, its story and some key cultural aspects
of India.
- Daniel Langeac,
VP, Schneider Electric
We thoroughly enjoyed the tour….it was one
of the best tours we have ever taken. We learnt
more about Bangalore in 3 hours than what we knew
in last 4 ½ years stay in the city.

Corp
Just to say that the Bangalore Walk was absolutely

in the yester years!! Will recommend this to anyone!.

Thank you for the wonderful walk. We all enjoyed
it very much. Both Keith and I had been on a similar
walk almost three years ago but we were able to
pick up much new insight on yours. It left a powerful
impression. All in all a really great Sunday afternoon..
- Allan Samuel,

I learned more interesting facts about the role
Bangalore played inhistory, its famous people, its
hidden landmarks, and enduring architecture in three
hours on BangaloreWALKS than I had imagined possible.
Thank you. I will be back.
- Chuck Rehberg,
CTO, Trigent Software (He has been back over 5 times!)
Bangalore Walks is great! I have taken lots and
lots of tours around the world and this is among
my top two favorites that I have ever done. I love
history and the way you weave together historical
themes is fabulous. In fact, in my classes on India,
I referred to the historical diversity and to the
innovation in Bangalore that you mentioned. Thank
you.
